Study Title: Hemostasis and Thrombosis Center Patient Registry

The Hemostasis & Thrombosis Center at Duke University Medical Center is participating in a multi-center project coordinated and funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The purpose of this project is to characterize the types of patients referred to the Center. People enrolled in this study could choose to be contacted for additional or future studies pertaining to their health. Data collected from this study will help us learn more about medical care and management for patients with bleeding and clotting disorders.
