CURRENTLY ENROLLING PARTICIPANTS

The purpose of this research study is to determine the effect of Apixaban as treatment to a patient as prevention of a Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) or Pulmonary Emobolism (PE) event (also known as recurrent VTE) or a death event in a patient with history of a DVT or PE, who also have completed 6-to-12 months of standard anticoagulant therapy as treatment.
