Platelet Antibody Laboratory

The Platelet Antibody Laboratory is a small specialty laboratory affiliated with the Hemostasis and Thrombosis Center at Duke University Medical Center. The laboratory also serves as a reference laboratory both at the in-state and interstate level.
Our test menu includes anti-platelet antibody and red blood cell testing (PNH Screen and Enhanced DAT) using flow cytometry as well as other immunologic methods for detecting both platelet and red cell abnormalities.

Operational hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
